At Kiti Minis, we take pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, since our products are made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, sizing issues, or dissatisfaction.

We will consider refunds or replacements in the following cases:

-The item is defective, damaged, or not as described upon delivery.
