Welcome to Kiti Minis! ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website landbprinting.com (the "Site") and your purchase of 3D printed resin models and related products ("Products") from us.

By accessing the Site, placing an order, or purchasing any Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase from us.

1. Use of the Site You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Site or make purchases. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during checkout and to update it as needed.

2. Products and Descriptions

  • All Products are handmade/custom 3D printed using resin materials. Due to the nature of resin 3D printing, minor variations in detail, finish, layer lines, support marks, or slight imperfections may occur.
  • Resin prints are fragile and may break if dropped, mishandled, or exposed to extreme heat/sunlight. Handle with care.
  • Warnings: Some Products may contain small parts (potential choking hazard — keep away from children under 3). Use proper precautions when preparing resin models for painting. We are not responsible for misuse.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue or modify our products at any time without notice.

3. Intellectual Property and Customer Responsibility

  • All designs sold are either original creations owned by us or used with appropriate commercial licenses. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of our designs without permission is prohibited.
  • If you provide your own 3D model/file for custom printing (if offered), you represent and warrant that you own all rights to the design or have all necessary permissions/licenses for commercial reproduction. You agree to indemnify us against any third-party claims (including copyright, trademark, or patent infringement) arising from your design.
  • We do not verify customer-submitted files for IP compliance and are not liable for infringement related to them.
  • Our trademarks, logos, and Site content are protected; you may not use them without written permission.

4. Ordering and Payment

  • Orders are offers to purchase; we accept only upon confirmation (e.g., order email).
  • Prices are in USD and exclude taxes, shipping, duties, or customs fees (your responsibility).
  • Payment is due at checkout via accepted methods. We reserve the right to refuse/cancel orders (e.g., pricing errors, suspected fraud).

5. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

  • Shipping estimates are approximate; delays may occur due to production time (resin curing/post-processing), carrier issues, or high demand.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier. Title passes upon full payment.
  • For international orders, you are responsible for import duties/taxes. We are not liable for customs delays or seizures.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Due to the custom/handmade nature of 3D printed resin products, all sales are final. We may accept returns only for manufacturing defects (not cosmetic variations) if reported within 7-14 days with photos. 

7. Limited Warranty and Disclaimers

  • EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, PRODUCTS ARE SOLD "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND (express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement).
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our products.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of Products, or infringement claims related to designs you provide.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in Beaufort County, South Carolina.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of changes.
